General Description
TVG-Medulla, LLC (Medulla) affiliated with Chiro One Wellness Centers, is a high-growth, healthcare organization with 100+ clinics. We help thousands of patients live happier, healthier lives through our unique model of chiropractic care.
The Purchasing Clerk is responsible for the ordering of supplies and office/medical equipment for current and future clinics, as well as, monthly end of month invoicing.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Address One Time Purchase Requests OTPR via FreshService Online Ticketing System and keep clinic advised of progress.
End of Month Financial reconciliations and allocations as needed.
Daily Divvy Credit Card allocations
Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position or as requested by Manager, Director or COO.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with all TVG-Medulla, LLC departments.
Attend monthly Office Trainings and quarterly All Team Trainings.
Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or the equivalent.
Ability to lift over 10-20 pounds regularly and intermittently up to 50 pounds.
JUDGMENT AND INITIATIVE: Must function well with minimum supervision. Must be a detail-oriented individual with good organizational skills. Ability to function in a semi-supervisory capacity to facilitate workflow.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong oral and written communication skills in English required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Cost effective analysis/ price matching experience
