$25.00+ Hourly (Dependent on Experience)Contract to Hire
Our client, a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative RF solutions for Satellite Communications systems, is seeking a Purchasing Clerk
to join the Operations team.Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Individual will work with vendors and internal personnel to communicate all aspects of purchase order processing, including:
- Order placement, Verification of delivery schedule, Tracking orders, Changes to order delivery dates and order quantities, Pricing details, Expediting of orders as required
- The individual will also prepare requests for quotations as required.

- 4+ years of experience as a Purchasing Clerk in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Buyer experience is preferred.
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using an MRP system in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Specific knowledge of Expandable (Windows based MRP system) is preferred
- Flexible attitude
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Attention to detal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
