Job Description:

As a Purchasing Card Administrator, you will function as the primary point of contact for communication with Bank of America (BOA), internal service partners as well as internal promotion of the program.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and distributing management reports for program metrics

(Reviewing monthly statement & AP Reconciliation Report)

  • Implement and maintain polices & procedures

(Existing Accounts Payable's policies and procedures)

  • Maintain relationship with BOA

  • Perform audits of program

  • Company Intranet Program information

  • Ensuring payment is made in accordance to schedule

  • Working with internal technology department for successful transfer and receipt of any files

  • Management of the program could include:

  • Vendor Enablement Campaigns

  • Providing New Vendor File every 6-12 months

  • Providing Supplier contact information

  • Providing newly enrolled suppliers with card information (if not SUGA or PUSH)

  • Setting up supplier in ActivePay and ERP system for newly enrolled suppliers

  • Managing merchant records in ActivePay

  • Daily to Weekly management of the Program

  • Manage outstanding payments

  • Resending payment remittance when necessary

  • Closing payment logs

  • Research declines when necessary

  • Manage matched and unmatched logs

  • Update emails addresses for suppliers

Required Qualifications

  • 2 or more years previous purchasing or accounting experience
  • 1 or more years with Account Reconciliation
  • 1 or more years using Excel in a professional or academic setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Finance preferred

  • Familiarity with a vendor purchasing card program

  • Familiarity with PNC Active Pay Online program

Education

  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Collaborating with the Director of Finance, as the Finance Planning Systems Advisor, you will work cross-functionally across all business segments and have the responsibility for coordinating the process administration and support of the SAP Planning Consolidation System and the Hyperion Workforce Planning system. You will coordinate the data information flow for the enterprise forecast and budget processes and be a key contributor to the consolidated close process. You will be accountable for the validation of data, journal entries, restatements, user support, problem solving, testing and ongoing projects and improvements. In addition, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of key performance-based reports, as well as, assist with both standard and ad hoc analytics and projects related to workforce planning and consolidated reporting. The Advisor will be partnering with Information Technology and Enterprise Finance developing close working relationships to actively contribute to the financial process and system improvements, as well as, providing support to the planning community. Required Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years' experience with financial analysis and reporting. * Minimum of 2 years' experience with financial system administration. Preferred Qualifications * SAP Central Finance and/or Hyperion Planning experience. * Employee compensation data and systems experience. * You have experience in project management and/or team member of key financial system implementations or enhancements * Proven ability to analyze data and identify trends while defining and executing resolutions in a dynamic environment * You have the ability to build actionable reports that support the team and other functional areas business objectives * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail Education * Bachelor Degree required. * Master Degree a plus.
