Purchasing And Supply Chain Manager

R&D Circuits a member company of Advantest America, Inc., which is wholly owned by Advantest Corporation (a Tokyo Stock Exchange listed company). For over 50 years, R&D Circuits has been a leader in the printed circuit board industry.

Job Description and Responsibilities.

• Management of RDA procurement, Supply Chain team in NJ

• Coordination with purchasing team managers in PA, CA, AZ and overseas

• Supplier management includes Commercial deals, Pricing, Contract, Rebates, Delivery, T&Cs and others.

• Management of Logistics in NJ factory

• Coordination with Engineering, Quality, Production, Sales, Finance, IT, AAI team

• Support Management, Advantest Global requirements.

Requirements

• BA Degree (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering) and/or Equivalent.

• Experiences at Printed Circuit Board and/or Simi-conductor MFG related business

• Minimum 5 years of experience at Purchasing and/or at equivalent function

• Minimum 2 years of experience as purchasing manager and/or supply chain manager.

• Excellent Communication Skill

• Understanding of differences of workmanship, cultures in multiple countries globally located.

• Microsoft365 Skill

• Local and oversea trip

Additional Skills Preferred (but not required)

Bi Language skill is a PLUS.

Flexibility of working hours (Communication with oversea partners at different time zones)

Experience in logistics is a PLUS.
