What You'll Do:

  • Conduct data entry for inventory and purchasing information.

  • Assist with purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and placing purchase orders.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock counts, receipts, and withdrawals.

  • Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to identify stock shortages or excess inventory.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to shipments or orders.

  • Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate receipt and storage of incoming materials.

  • Update inventory management system with accurate information on stock levels, receipts, and withdrawals.

  • Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager on streamlining warehouse processes and procedures.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a purchasing or inventory management role is preferred.

  • Previous duct material handling experience or a related field is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and strong attention to detail are required.

  • Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
