Job description: As a Program Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and to build an alternative to the traditional construction industry. From desk to factory floor to job sites and client meetings, you will be challenged to develop your skills in a new field, taking a critical role in project delivery via the DMC methodology Why join us?

Job Details We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Analyst to support procurement operations by analyzing purchasing data, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing.

The ideal candidate will evaluate supplier performance, track inventory trends, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance purchasing efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms. Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sourcing strategies.

Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and industry regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Experience in procurement, supply chain, or financial analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
