Are you looking to make a move into administrative support position in the fast-growing construction industry? Our client, an established custom flooring company has an immediate temp-to-perm opening for an admin to support their purchasing function across 5 branches. This position will be responsible for creating, sending and updating status of purchase orders, communicating delivery dates to different branch locations, inventory management & allocation, and general administrative duties.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic business and the ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is tech-savvy, patient, proactive and a quick learner. The client is located in an near the airport (at 1-485/US-74). The work environment is business casual and there is flexibility in schedule of either 7 am- 4 pm or 7:30 am- 4:30 am, Monday- Friday.
The position is temp-to-hire with a pay rate between $15.00/hr-$17.00/hr based on experience.
