Public Space Houseperson for the Country Club is responsible for maintaining high standards in all assigned lobby areas, public restrooms, special cleaning assignments and performing Room Attendant duties as necessary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.

  • Use proper two-way radio etiquette when communicating with other employees.

  • Practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests, fellow employees and self.

  • Handle items for "Lost and Found" according to the hotel standards.

  • At the end of the shift, turn in all keys and assignment sheets to the Housekeeping Office.

  • Report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.

  • Be familiar with correct guestroom cleaning procedures to assist if needed.

  • Deliver any clean linen to assigned sections, if necessary.

  • Pick up Room Attendant's dirty linen or trash as needed.

  • Before leaving, collect all trash from the service landings and take to/dispose in outside trash dumpsters, per hotel procedures.

  • Vacuum guest corridors.

  • Keep hallways, public areas and closets neat and organized.

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in public restrooms.

  • Adhere to the schedule for project cleaning of public areas.

  • Maintain the stairwells to hotel standards.

  • Keep ash urns clean and filled with sand.

  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

To include in-depth research, fact gathering, and use analytical and evaluative methods to accurately assess implementation requirements. Will be responsible to provide the Government with recommendations to develop Advance Training (AT) and a ready space-crew program with the required skills and knowledge to operate in the future Space domain. Assist the Government in creating, reviewing, assessing, and modifying the entire spectrum of AT requirements, as well as assist the Government in monitoring the implementation, progress and execution of AT at the Wing and unit level to ensure SMF operational requirements are met. Assist the Government in creating, reviewing, assessing, and modifying new and existing instructions, guidance and other documents as they pertain to the implementation and execution of SMF. Assist the Government in monitoring the implementation and execution of SMF policy and procedures at the Wing and unit level to ensure SMF operational requirements are met. Provide staffing support to the Government in all briefings to senior leadership on the implementation and execution of the SMF program. Staffing support includes producing staffing packages in accordance with AFSPC and other DoD agency standards, scheduling meetings, producing slides based on government input, attending meetings, and other staffing actions. QUALIFICATIONS Experience with executing USAF, AFSPC, or DoD contracts, processes and documentation, tracking, and handling of classified material. * Experience with executing USAF, AFSPC, or DoD contracts, processes and documentation, tracking, and handling of classified material. * 4+ years of experience with contract management, contract execution, or project or program management. * Experience with scheduling and facilitating weekly meetings, management databases, data currency maintenance, and approval coordination. * Experience with contributing recognized functional expertise to client deliverables. * Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project. * Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including technical writing. * Possession of excellent organizational skills. EDUCATION/CLEARANCE * Bachelors Degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent work experience is desired. * TS/SCI clearances are required and must be maintained.
