This posting is to build a pool of qualified Associate (part-time) faculty to provide reference assistance to library users at EvCC.
The librarian may have additional assignments such as teaching information literacy sessions, virtual reference assistance, or related work.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in library science or equivalent from an ALA accredited program
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an academic library
Experience in providing reference assistance to library users

Work Hours:
A typical shift is 2-4 hours in length. Saturday reference assignments are scheduled on a quarterly basis. Librarians are also offered assignments to fill in due to full time staff absences.
