Position Summary & Responsibilities:
This position will serve as the Teacher Licensure (TL) team's primary technical assistance help desk to internal and external customers in the use of TL authenticated applications. The position updates all systems training manuals, assists the data systems coordinator to develop specifications for annual system updates, conducts systems testing and serves as the team's point of contact to troubleshoot technical issues and submit IT Helpdesk tickets as required. The position assists in the development of internal and external customers' system trainings and leads training with customers.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Six months of experience in providing direction necessary to implement the objectives of an agency, program or organizational unit. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
Preferred Skills and/or Qualifications:
Keyboarding skills;
Effective interpersonal skills;
Proven exemplary customer service skills;
General working knowledge of the education licensure regulations of Kansas;
Ability to make clear and concise explanations by correspondence, telephone or interviews with individuals desiring information;
Ability to maintain satisfactory working relationships with administrative officials, other employees and the public;
Ability to interpret licensure information from data maintained in data base; and
Graduation from an accredited high school/GED.
