Spurwink is hiring school-based LCSW, LCPC, LMSW-cc, or LCPC-c for both Libby Tozier Primary and Sabattus Primary. In this challenging and meaningful role, you will provide individual and family therapy within a public school setting, with ample opportunities for regular face-to-face collaboration with teachers, school administrators, and Spurwink supervisors. We offer a generous external training allowance, expense money for therapy supplies, license reimbursement, company laptop, and cell phone.

During the Covid-19 pandemic Spurwink clinicians are working in schools and following CDC guidelines, school safety protocols, and Spurwink Safety protocols. This position will be a blend of school-based therapy and telehealth.

Fee for Service clinicians will receive a weekly stipend of $500 for the first 6 weeks of employment while they grow their caseload. This stipend will be paid in addition to any training/supervision/billable hours accumulated during that time period.

This position also includes a $2000 sign-on bonus, $1000 paid upon 3 months of full-time employment, $1000 paid after 6 months of employment.

Duties include conducting psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and providing individual and family therapy. Further responsibilities include providing updates on treatment progress for managed care entries, clinical documentation, and electronic record keeping. Interdisciplinary collaboration and strong networking skills are essential.
