Staffed by our talented team of leading professionals, The Hospital of Central Connecticut provides a wide array of services throughout the region, caring for patients from birth through the end of life.Job Summary:Under the general supervision of the Public Safety Supervisor, the Public Safety Officer performs a variety of safety and security functions including hospital and parking area inspections.Qualifications •* H.S. Diploma or GED required•* Must have previous law enforcement, military, corrections, public safety or emergency services experience; OR be a current student in or a recent graduate from an accredited criminal justice degree program. •* Valid CT Driver's License required •* 4 weeks of full-time training across all shifts is required
