We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Specialist to join our team onsite at our Secaucus, NJ office. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for public relations and a proven track record in advertising and event planning. Responsibilities:

• Support public relations management and local community affairs
• Plan and arrange PR activities and events
• Manage all advertising and procurement of promotional items
• Manage company website and social media accounts
• Write press releases, speeches, and internal reports
• Coordinate with vendors regarding project execution, billing, and quality control
• Support projects and tasks assigned by senior management

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of applicable experience within a corporate setting
• Proven experience in public relations, advertising, and event planning for an international corporation
• Degree in International Business, Marketing and Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Fluent in Mandarin preferred
• Must be authorized to legally work for any company in the US
