Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED:

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field from an accredited university and three years of professional experience. Experience in one or more of the following areas is essential:

Marketing, Public Relations, Web, and/or Print Media. Experience in Event Production is a secondary requirement.

Personal presentation as a business professional is essential, as is knowledge of file hosting services as large amounts of data are transferred frequently.

DESIRED:

Extremely strong writing skills to include experience with AP style, social media management experience, desktop publishing experience, experience using Adobe InDesign, excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in a demanding and time critical environment.

VIEW JOBS 3/3/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-06-01T00:00 Job Description The Associate Director US Oncology Communications Strategy Lead (Face-to-Face Channel) will define, plan and lead the execution of the communications and change management strategy for the Oncology Customer Facing Teams. The Communications Strategy Lead is a high performing partner who will serve as a unified voice for, and active member of, the Commercial Oncology Leadership Team (COLT). This position reports to the Director, Strategy Lead, US Oncology Commercial Operations. The healthcare industry is changing at an unprecedented pace, resulting in the acceleration of engagement strategies and related capabilities within the organization. This acceleration has a heightened impact in the US Oncology business due to the multiple launches expected this year. Through a deep understanding of the customer-facing teams, the US Oncology Market strategy, Commercial Oncology Leadership Team priorities, and the evolution of engagement capabilities, this position will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure that the customer-facing teams are informed, aligned, and change enabled. Responsibilities include: * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of US Oncology Market and Business Unit priorities in close partnership with Oncology Sales and Commercial Operations, Marketing, , and other Headquarters based functions. * Manage the communications and related activities of opportunities/events that involve and/or impact the customer-facing teams. Examples include but are not limited to product launches, organizational changes, capability deployments, business events. * Help to manage the bi-annual sales and leadership meetings including communications, pre-events, meeting and post meeting activities * Partner with oncology sales leaders to ensure the communication needs across the multiple oncology sales teams and alliances are met in a well- coordinated, clear and effective manner * Lead the development of strategic and tactical plans to engage the field and disseminate necessary information in a timely and effective way. * Define and manage cross-functional teams to execute the communication and change management plan, including, but not limited to, stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, IT, Communications, Meeting Planning, Learning & Development, Legal, and Compliance. * Define and manage a cross-functional Responsibilities, Accountabilities, Consulting and Informing (RACI) within the Business Unit for plan execution. * Partner with Learning & Development and other Headquarters functions to implement solutions to drive adoption of change. * Design and implement measurement strategies to understand effectiveness, adoption and enable constant evolution. * Install and facilitate governance across the US Oncology with regards to the field, with focus on ensuring Marketing and Sales leadership are aligned on strategy, execution and scope (e.g., "Gate-Keeper"). * Partner with peer Communication Strategy Leads to support demand across business lines, gaining broad Business Unit engagement and experience. Required Skills & Competencies: * Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Change Management, Marketing, or Marketing Operational Support functions. * Demonstrated project management skills. * Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication as well as strong presentation skills and an ability to build relationships with stakeholders, understand business strategy and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. * Demonstrated strategic/critical thinking, passionate, self-motivated, engaging and personable. * Ability to work effectively cross-functionally in an ambiguous environment. * Strong collaboration, independent resourcefulness, project management and organizational skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
