Additional related experience in construction loan processing and compliance of federally funded programs may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Recruitment Notes Miami-Dade County's Public Housing and Community Development Department (PHCD) is seeking an experienced and innovative individual with technical knowledge in commercial real estate loan closing, monitoring, and auditing of government funded programs. The incumbent must have experience in construction loan closings and knowledge of federal housing programs and regulations. Pursuant to the authority in Chapter 8B of the Code of Miami-Dade County, when there is a declared state of emergency issued for any portion of Miami-Dade County, all employees of PHCD will be required to adhere to directives from the Mayor or the Mayor's designee to report to work and perform all duties assigned during a declared state of emergency.
