Clean and maintain all public areas including all public bathrooms by performing the following duties.
Ensure proper use of all equipment and supplies issued
Clean and maintain all common areas, according to supervisor assignments, bathrooms, lobby,
elevators, windows, spa, restaurant, retail shops, offices, storage rooms, and laundry rooms.
Immediately report all lost and found items.
Properly use, secure and return keys to all units.
Keep carts, closets, and equipment in orderly fashion. Take trash and linen to the proper places so that it is not in the owner or guests view.
Reporting any damaged items to your immediate supervisor.
Respond to any owner or guest requests / complaints in a professional and timely manner. Treat owners and guests with the utmost respect.
Keep entire property free of debris parking lot, gutters front of property etc.
Clean break room.
Clean fitness center, replace towels, ensure air conditioning, television, water, etc. is working.
Keep pool area clean, organized and stocked with fresh towels and clean pool bathrooms.
Clean and hose all patio/furniture on property.
Keep sales path clean at all times.
Keep a/c units keen and free of debris.
Clean all guest amenities areas: Ping pong, basketball, golf green, shuffle board, horseshoe pit.
Empty all trash cans on property.
Walk entire property to make sure all linen and trash has not been left outside guest rooms.
Assist with deliveries.
Follow all safety and OSHA regulations. Report all unsafe conditions
Assist with any issues that may arise in department.
Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures.
Assist other departments or areas when and where needed.
Other duties may be assigned.
