Under direct supervision, performs routine casework support functions by screening and registering Department of Human Services (DHS) Social Services and Medical applications, answering phone calls through the call center and emails to assist customers with general case or program questions, Out of State inquiries, and State Identity Proofing.

Minimum Requirements:Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of high school and requires one year of clerical supportive experience in the Department of Human Services or equivalent training and experience.
