Implements command policies and regulations pertaining to Public Affairs.
Maintains effective working relationships with colleagues and senior officials.
Utilizes various communication tools related to Public Affairs.
Establishes effective oral and written communication, including the ability to convey complex and sensitive information through media, internal new outlets and other venues.
Arranges and maintains speakers program schedule, recommends appropriate speaker and topic based on venue and organization.

Serves as Community Relations (COMREL) planner and facilitator.
Utilizes various Public Affairs related duties which include work processing/graphic, social media interfaces and similar online tools.
