  • Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to standards

  • Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels

  • Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.

  • Reports any non-working equipment or possible repairs to the GM/Maintenance

  • Search room for items guest has left behind and turn them in to the front desk

  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 1 year in Housekeeping role

  • Minimum of High School education

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

  • Team player

  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests

  • Knowledge of cleanliness standards

VIEW JOBS 9/10/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-12-09T00:00 VFSF-4325 * Safeguard assets and assure accurate and timely recording of all transactions by implementing disciplines of internal audits, controls and checks across all departments. * Lead and direct the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, perpetual inventory integrity, fixed asset records, general & entity accounting and cost accounting. * Develop, improve and issue timely monthly financial records for executive management team and Board of Directors. * Ensure financial plans are consistent with organizational goals. * Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate company ventures, programs, capital expenditures, products costing, etc. * Manage commercial banking relationships to facilitate an appropriate credit resource under highly competitive terms. * Work closely with CEO, COO, CFO and EVP in the development and economic evaluation of various organizational initiatives, policies and programs. * Interface with outside audit firms(s), banks and lessors, casualty/liability insurance agent(s), credit card companies, and collection agencies. * Provide visionary, strategic and functional leadership on behalf of finance and accounting across the organization, in accordance with strategic objectives. * Actively serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. * Perform various other duties as assigned in order to meet company objectives. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. * 10 years of corporate accounting management experience, preferably in construction industry. * CPA required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: * Deep knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). * Exceptional financial acumen and analytical skills. * Strong forecasting and budgeting knowledge. * Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls. * Highly proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet. * Experience with financial applications. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting a 24/7 business. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to work with internal and external customers.
