The purpose of this role is to manage over threshold adjustment requests, post Accounts Receivable adjustments and payments and support the Invoice Coordinator team as needed. The Cashier will be responsible for ensuring all requests are processed accurately and efficiently. The Cashier will also ensure transactions are handled in accordance with standard operating procedures/departmental guidelines. Cashiers are responsible for building and maintaining productive relationships with agents and supervisors to ensure goals are met.

Essential Functions:

  • Identify customer information and requests

  • Research and locate needed information using available databases and resources demonstrating attention to detail

  • Demonstrates problem solving skills in resolving escalated guest issues

  • Forward inquiries to appropriate department where applicable

  • Accurately resolve all inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

  • Responsible for maintaining a high degree of integrity in processing and reporting financial transactions

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

  • Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs, must be able to work any hours between 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday -Friday

  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast pace customer service role

  • Accounting or financial customer service a plus

  • Working experience communicating effectively in written or verbal form to a variety of audiences

  • Intermediate level of computer and office application proficiency

Under the direction of the Store Manager or Team Lead, you will participate in the store set up, execution and timely completion of the remodel and/or renovation. This is a temporary assignment. Principle Duties & Responsibilities: * Provides great customer engagement in positive and approachable manner. * Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience. * At the direction of the Store Manager or Team Lead, builds fixtures and stocks merchandise. * Assists in unloading of merchandise from delivery truck, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from stockroom to sales floor. * Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store. * At the direction of the Store Manager or Team Lead, assists in building a clean, well-stocked store for customers. * Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment. * Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation. Position Requirements: Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent. Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. Experience: Prefer some experience working with people and general public; Work in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environment is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
