POSITION: P/T Lunchroom / Playground Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED program

Must be able to relate to and enjoy being around children

Must be able to work cooperatively with a wide variety of people

Must be able to demonstrate fundamental math skills

Must be able to physically perform all duties associated with the position

Moderate lifting bending and prolonged periods of standing and circulating are required

Fluent in Reading, Writing and Speaking English.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Record and Maintain proper meal temperatures.

Distribution of meals, milk, and any other components of the daily lunch to students.

Supervision of students inside and outside under the direction of the school principal.

Maintain sanitary conditions in school serving area and/or kitchen.

Maintain cleanliness of milk coolers and heating cabinets.

Clean lunch tables at the end of lunch periods.

Any other duties, responsibilities or projects as directed by the Principal/or Food Service Coordinator.

People management responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems. Description/Responsibility * Plan and direct all resources of the distribution center employees to maintain compliance with departmental objectives as related to productivity, assembly/sequence schedules and efficiency * Develop and improve plans/processes, identify training, provide training and maintain competence levels of warehouse employees * Maintain compliance with company policy/procedures/union contracts as required * Promote a team environment, foster diversity and promote the development of direct reports through mentoring/ coaching and empowerment to increase skill sets and talent levels of the team * Develop, implement, communicate and monitor all programs related to the safety of all personnel, equipment and property * Monitor the cleanliness, working conditions and safety of all allocated resources within the facility * Maintain effective communication with warehouse employees regarding personal development and performance as required * Communicate and interact with manager and peers to apply sound communication and motivational techniques * Communicate with outbound carriers, manufacturing/industrial engineering teams as well as acting as a liaison with the Dealer Network, expediters and Hub * Maintain/provide accurate KPI/Invoice data and react to all prescribed alarm levels accordingly * Support and ensure compliance of and implement solutions as required by the Quality/Environmental system * Collection of data/statistics and preparation of reports required by the manager * Contact carriers to obtain transport information, arrange requested transports, negotiate and document ad hoc truckload rates, as well as give specific instructions as needed * Initiate shift communication sessions as needed SCM Program Requirments * SME in operations in their process/functional area * SME in MACK SPM and a good level of understanding for Parts LINQ systems * Be responsible to identify and highlight gaps between as-is and to-be way fo working during pre-study phase * Responsible for execution of project tasks/activities such as (all within their competence area in the operations): * Requirements documentation according to GT solution templates * Business data validation * Responsible for data cleansing activities * Test * Training/Change management Minimum Education and Experience * Required minimum 4 to 6 years' experience in distribution center/warehousing/manufacturing and/or logistics operations * Supervisory experience preferred * Ability to perform tasks on a computerized inventory control system * Ability to develop effective relationships, provide strong leadership and direction, communicate department goals and plan work according to required goals * Ability to train, motivate, supervise
