Annual Security Report Notice

Pace is committed to ensuring the safety and security of the students, faculty, staff and visitors to the University. In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the University's Safety and Security department publishes an Annual Security and Fire Safety Report, which can be accessed here. The report contains information on security policies as well as crime and fire statistics for the University.

The PT International Student Advisor works directly with the International Students & Scholars (ISS) team to provide basic immigration support for Pace's undergraduate and graduate international students on F-1 visas, as well J-1 exchange students.

Position Duties

• Support international students with basic immigration needs and support (such as letters and travel signatures). Provide F-1 and J-1 visa-related advising to international students.

• Serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) for F-1 visa students on all Pace campuses.

• Serve as an Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for J-1 visa exchange students on all Pace campuses.

• Work with the ISS Director on SEVIS data management.

• Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Work Hours

Exact hours to be determined with supervisor; generally up to 20 hours per week.

• Two years SEVIS knowledge and experience preferred.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• Knowledge and experience with Excel spreadsheets.

• Experience with data management.

• Analytical skills.
