Provide assistance with the day to day activities associated with running the Evaluation and Assessment office and provide assistance as needed to the Assistant Superintendent and Executive Directors of Evaluation and Assessment
Accredited High School diploma or equivalen
Four 4 Years of related experience
Ability to communicate with the community, district staff members and the public at large
Ability to function independently
Computer skills, specifically with MS Windows and MS Office
Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required to achieve the goals of the position.
Assist in the management of routine work activities for the Evaluation and Assessment office.
Process a variety of department-related documents and district forms.
Interact with all levels of management, employees and vendors; provide assistance in handling vendor problems as needed.
Maintain budget records and records related to the ordering of supplies and equipment.
Assist in the managing of payroll and personnel records.
Answer incoming calls, take reliable messages and route to appropriate staff.
Provide general information to District employees, parents and the public.
Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned
Selected individuals for Dallas Independent School District positions will be placed according to compensation guidelines.
