Job Skills / Requirements

Title: Carpet Tech & Window Cleaning

Reports to: Operations Manager

Based at: UT County

Schedule:

Monday through Saturday Mornings & Nights or 5:00 pm until finish the project.

Pay Rate: $18.00

Level: Entry (No experience required)

Requirements:

US Driver License not expired.

Key responsibilities:

Technicians work anywhere from 20-30+ hours/week. Shifts include evening, and weekend hours. (the candidate needs to have a flexible schedule)

Technicians will be stripping and waxing floors, scrubbing and buffing floors, and cleaning carpets, as well as helping out with emergency work.

Able to carry and lift up to 75 pounds.

Technicians must be flexible in schedule, and from time to time, go up and down stairs on a daily basis. Most days employees will be on their feet for 8 hours or more.

Technicians must have reliable transportation to get to and from different work sites or to be able to report to the warehouse for a ride to the job.

Maintain and report as necessary all chemical in stock.

Keep clean all equipment, both on the interior and exterior of trucks as well as the premise of the warehouse.
