Psyd Or Phd Behavioral Health Access Manager | Integrated Behavioral Health

Find your purpose as a Behavioral Health Access Manager! This is a Clinical leadership role responsible for efficient and effective patient access into CentraCare Behavioral Health. In this position, you will plan, develop, coordinate, and implement an infrastructure to assure patients have clinically appropriate access to all service lines within the Behavioral Health Section. You will also develop and maintain relationships with departments to explore opportunities to enhance utilization and coordination of existing behavioral health resources. Also expect to support CentraCare's sustained, intentional efforts to transition to a Collaborative Care Model. The role will also provide summaries and recommendations to guide program decision making, problem solving and direction.

Schedule

• Full time | Integrated Behavioral Health | St. Cloud
• 80 hours every two weeks | Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling or Nursing required.

• State of Minnesota licensure required, need to have one of the following:

• The MN Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) or

• The MN Board of Social Work at Independent Clinical level (LICSW) or

• The MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or

• The MN Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or

• The MN Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible experience in Social Services or Mental Health field required.

• Experience in a healthcare setting, preference to integrated behavioral health.

• Project Management experience preferred.

• Familiarity with MS Office Application, including outlook, word, power point, sharepoint.

• Database management skills and/or familiarity with industry software packages (i.e. Epic).

• Advanced proficiency with Excel including the ability to collect, arrange, and represent data accurately.
