Required: â-Master#s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field â-LPC, LCSW, or LMFT # Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: One year#s experience in the provision of mental health services to youth. Preferred: Psychotherapy and substance misuse training with adolescents and families. License, Registry or Certification: Required: NJ License LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Preferred: CPR Certification Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Clinical training in family systems. Ability to work with impaired adolescents. Must have the ability to facilitate groups. Skilled in Crisis Intervention. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to organize and prioritize, works effectively in stressful situations Preferred: Experience working with families and adolescents. #
