About the Job

Position will provide care to patients by assessing and helping them through their weight loss program. This position is responsible for delivering a full range of direct clinical services to Weight Loss patients, such as psychological testing (if indicated) and individual case consultation with multi-disciplinary team of providers.

Functions as a bariatric psychological provider and has a direct impact on the care of our patients as they work towards their goals of weight loss and improved health. Collaborates as a member of inter-disciplinary team (physicians, psychologist, social workers, registered dieticians) for the development and delivery of treatment plans for patients.

Doctoral Degree (Ph. D, Psych D, or Ed.

D) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited university or professional school. License required. 1+ years of experience preferred. Active membership in professional organizations related to the provision of bariatric behavioral health services is strongly encouraged.

Requires expertise in the assessment and treatment of obese patients and the evaluation of behavioral and psychological variables associated with obesity and weight loss procedures.

Performs psychological evaluations for weight loss patients (i.e. presenting problem, history of presenting problem, psychiatric history, social history, mental status exam) including thorough cognitive and behavioral assessment of patients contemplating weigh loss surgery to ensure quality care consistent with professional/ethical guidelines.

Assess concerns and refer assessment to appropriate resources. Makes psychological treatment recommendations to ensure timeliness of procedures.

Develops and implements treatment plans. Assesses patient's progress and updates treatment plans by formulating recommendations to minimize challenges and improve treatment safety and effectiveness. Addresses behavioral and psychological factors related to weight loss.

Makes recommendations and provides relevant information concerning patient care and treatment. Identifies relevant psychosocial factors that may present challenges and impede patient's progress.

Develop treatment plans that involve teaching self-monitoring behaviors, changing old beliefs, building new coping skills, and making changes to home and work environments to support health goals. Help patients address obstacles to weight loss, identify positive ways to change unhealthy eating habits, and develop new skills and ways of thinking. Leads programs and classes related but not limited to emotional eating disorders, binge eating, coping with stress eating disorders, and develop individualized and group models treatments models that address stress and weight loss treatment options.

In this role you will be a Material Program Manager within the Sensors and Effectors product line supporting multiple programs. . In this role you will be responsible for managing all supply chain (SC) activities and deliverables for assigned programs including proposal / Front End of the Business (FEOTB) support, purchase order and subcontract placement and management, supplier management, logistics and asset management. This role will be responsible to report on and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) including but not limited to program placement plans, outstanding requisitions, open purchase orders and deliverable materials and values, supplier On Time Delivery (OTD), material forecasts and past due dollars. You will support material sales forecasting including supplier follow up as required to insure forecast accuracy and financial commitments are met. This role will have Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities and will be responsible for managing SC program direct material and labor budgets, providing and validating SC EAC inputs, actively managing SC Risks and Opportunities for assigned programs. Additionally, you will support new business capture including management of the SC proposal process inclusive of the development of material and labor Basis of Estimates (BOE's). This role may evolve to include supervisory responsibility for a team of Supply Chain professionals. This position will be based out Burlington, MA. Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience: * 2 years of SC experience, with demonstrated SC experience to customers including the USG. * Demonstrated experience and knowledge of FAR part 15 and the Truth in Negotiations Act. * Demonstrated leadership experience. * Demonstrated strong project management skills. * Demonstrated effective and timely problem solving skills. * Strong knowledge of PRISM. * Demonstrated ability to effectively work and lead in an IPT environment. * Demonstrated ability to influentially communicate with excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. * Demonstrated experience developing effective customer and functional relationships. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project). * Ability to successfully complete Cost Account Management (CAM), Earned Value Management System, Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist, and Material Program Management Training/Certifications within six months of starting this position. * Demonstrated ability at Statement of Work development and deliverable management. * Demonstrated ability to develop sound, executable material strategies as required. * Demonstrated ability to successfully operate remotely from direct supervision compliantly achieving required business objectives and commitments. * Experience interpreting prime contract requirements and the subsequent development of supplier flow downs and Material Contract Briefs (MCB's) * Experience managing budgets and developing timely and accurate forecasts. * Level Four MPM or SubK certification.
