Chatfield LoPresti School Psychologist

Full Time Position Available

Start Date: ASAP

Description:

Experience with the desire to work with elementary level students

In-depth knowledge and experience with student's IEP's

Experience conducting, preparing and presenting psychoeducational reports

Experience providing individual and group counseling for students concerning school related problems

Knowledge/Experience with social-emotional programming

Experience with a tiered intervention system (i.e. SRBI)

In-depth understanding of State and Federal regulations related to Special Education

Is able to provide small group and individual counseling (experience with social skills instruction, children with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, etc.)

Consultation with administration, teachers, social workers, school counselors, paras and parents

Provide training/PD for staff

Wraparound services with outside clinicians

Member of Multi-tiered Systems of Support Team
