Monday - Friday this position is 90% Clinical and 10% Faculty Hospital: Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center Location: 8414 Naab Road This position is for a full time psychologist to join our family medicine residency faculty. There will be protected time to teach and to see patients at a multidisciplinary resident based clinic setting.

Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer. Responsibilities Provide therapeutic psychological counseling. Responsibilities: Assess a patient's psychological status and provide appropriate interventions and treatments.

Collaborate with nursing and ancillary service to provide appropriate psychological therapy for patient. Refer patients to other disciplines for consult and evaluations as indicated. Provide psychological expertise and education to multidisciplinary team.

Act as resource to other disciplines. Communicate complex/sensitive information to patients and medical team. Administer and interpret psychological tests used for diagnosing mental and personality disorders and differentiating between organic and functional cases of behavior disorders.

Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: Psychologist credentialed from the Indiana Board of Psychology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Psychotherapist preferred.
