We are seeking a psychiatrist for a full-time position in our Wilmington, DE location.

Hybrid option available.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is $255,573 - $372,297 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.

Requirements:

• Must have a clean & unrestricted Delaware license.

• Board Certified Psychiatrist

• Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required.
