Under direct supervision, assists in caring for psychiatric inpatients; assists and observes patients, provides general care and treatments, interacts with the patient and family, and assists nursing staff.

Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Certified Nursing Assistant by MD Board of Nursing. American Heart Association CPR Card. One to three (1-3) years of experience.

VIEW JOBS 7/18/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-10-16T00:00 Rehabilitation Specialist SUMMARY The PRP Rehabilitation Specialist is responsible for the overall delivery and provision of rehabilitative services. The Rehabilitation Specialist assures that the needs of consumers are identified, documented, and addressed in accordance to governing regulations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING Other duties may be assigned as necessary. * Completes Rehabilitation Assessments to identify the rehabilitative needs of participating consumers. * Lead and coordinate Individual Rehabilitation Program team meetings with engaged stakeholders, including therapists and consumers. * Develop Individual Rehabilitation Plans for each consumer, with domain, short and long-term goals and interventions. * Provide orientation, supervision, and training to PRP Workers, to assure the support and goal attainment or participating consumers. * Shares/transmits the mission and vision of Arrow Child & Family Ministries to staff and to clients and families served. * Maintain a manageable caseload to insure outcomes and practice requirements are met while taking into consideration the level of care of clients served. * May be required to drive ACFM vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete Arrow's vehicle training. * Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, Arrow policy, and COA standards. Supervisory responsibilities This position directly supervises staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Arrow Child & Family Ministries policies, State and Federal laws and policy and procedures. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance including coaching and future performance development; managers training needs through learning management system; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Maintain quality improvement goals and address at regularly scheduled staff meetings. Oversee Client delivery and insure performance measurements and outcomes are met. Education, Licensure and/or Experience Master's Degree in Social Work. Must hold an active Social Worker License or Professional Counselor License in the State which position resides. Minimum of three (3) years experience working with youth in involved in mental health services. Supervisory experience preferred. Other Requirements * Valid driver's license * Proof of current Auto Registration, Inspection and Insurance * Driving Record (three years) from the state in which the driver's license is valid * Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test. * Must submit to and pass random drug tests during employment. * Must successfully pass all background screens as required by the state. * Must be 21 years of age or older.
