About the Outpatient Opportunity Corvallis-Salem area:

  • 24 to 30 hours per week hybrid. Requires weekly in office hours.

  • Flexible hours - Monday through Friday

  • Wage range: $65.00 - $75.00/hour (DOE). Excellent clerical and billing support.

What your work will look like:

  • Collaborate with TFS Access department in determining the appropriateness of referred cases to Trillium Family Services' programs.

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for youth at admissions typically 2-3 per week 120 minutes allotted.

  • Follow up psychiatric medication management appointments typically 8-10 per day.

  • Participate in Treatment Planning of all assigned cases and take a leadership role in updating, approving, and conferring with team members on the Master Treatment Plan, and discharges for all assigned clients.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:

  • Must have successfully completed PMHNP training and licensure.

  • Must be licensed by the Oregon Board of Nursing and have DEA certificate to prescribe schedule II medications, including benzodiazepines and stimulants.

  • Must have significant experience working with child and adolescent psychiatric patients.

Other Skills: PMHNP will need to have basic typing skills allowing them to enter data and navigate through the electronic medical record.
