The Psych Safety Patient Care Tech (CNA) is a critical part of the Patient Care Team and works in a collaborative relationship with the Registered Nurse (RN) and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. This certified role observes patients, provides basic nursing care, and maintains the patient environment in an outcome-oriented, safe, therapeutic, compassionate, and cost-effective manner. This position will work in the float pool and function in 3 different capacities: provide direct 1:1 patient observation provide camera observation for patients Act as a PCT on the unit as needed What Awaits You:

American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification is required.
