Within our organization, the Process & Systems Services (PSS) department has various functional objectives and responsibilities. Specifically, we manage the company computer assets, including support / purchase orders (in coordination with Salt Lake City & Hong Kong offices), oversee the OOCL ISO9001 certification in the US / Canada and Mexico, including training and auditing, part of which also includes the security audit to ensure compliance with CTPAT in the US and PIP in Canada. We are also involved in compliance activities to ensure OOCL as a whole are compliant to any US / Canada / MEX regulatory compliance initiatives, and coordinate with Global Compliance and Corporate Customer Service in Hong Kong to address any issues that may be required overseas. Primarily the regional office PSS team provides application and hardware support, internal auditing, and network support in conjunction with the PSS team in Salt Lake City and Network Support Center in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personal computer technical and product usage assistance to regional OOCL associates.

• Implement & manage regional offices, facilitate internal & external audits, and ensure training is provided as needed. Manage the non-conformance reporting process with regional office management.

• Organize, manage, create, and implement system and process enhancement requests on system and/or process as necessary. Follow-up on requests to ensure their successful completion.

• Update regional hardware and software inventory in coordination with PSS SLC and ISD HKG.

• Work with tier 1 support to resolve local systems hardware and software problems including Cisco phone systems and applications. Follow-up to ensure problem is resolved. Record problems and solutions to build knowledge base.

• Monitor service levels to internal/external customers. Develop recommendations for improved service levels and escalate to second level support as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Customer Service focused, Client/Sever Architecture, PC hardware & software, Networking concepts and architecture

• ISO9001 system and process

• System Development life cycle, BPM/process mapping

• OOCL Support systems (EASC/GISC/NSC/ISD)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• MS Office Suite

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent school/work experience
