The PS Support Coordinator helps NTR's achieve customer service requests timely and accurately.

The PS Support Coordinator should strive to provide awesome service to internal and external customers by:
Helping NTR's achieve customer 24 hour first response SLAs
Coding and routing of Salesforce cases
Working Salesforce cases as needed
Working tax notices as assigned
Fulfilling Ultipro report and file requests for NTR's
Create Salesforce knowledge articles to support the team
The PS Support Coordinator is also responsible to assist the NTR's to ensure the customer has a favorable quarter end experience. This can be accomplished by:
Helping ensure delivery of the quarterly TVR reports to customers at least 30 days before the end of the quarter. Attain 80% rate of return on corrected profile reports
Helping updating all profile changes prior to the last day of the current quarter
This position requires above average verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills are a key to success
Excellent follow up skills are critical for success
This position requires an ability to work well with others. Team skills are crucial to ensure that all customers receive a consistent level of service.
