Pruning Foreman

Description

Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service is seeking skilled Landscape Pruning Foremen! This is a full-time, year round position. You are responsible for the proper pruning and maintenance of ornamental trees and shrubs, as well as overseeing and directing the pruning crews.

We are searching for candidates who are passionate about flowers, shrub & ornamental trees! Preferred applicants are proficient with garden hand tools and various pruning techniques - including pruning plant material without the use of power tools.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of perennials and annuals along with the ability to evaluate plant health and nutritional needs in the garden.

• Ability to identify annuals, perennials and shrubs

• Ability to scout and report the observation of pests and diseases in all areas of the landscape

• Effective communication skills between customers and other team members

• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card are essential

• Involvement in Snow Division
