Researches and performs technical review of source document to identify components for support based on a program's and/or customer's maintenance concept. Analyzes and applies knowledge of engineering design processes, pre-screen, reading and interpretation of
drawings and vendor/repair data to include service data notes, associated parts lists, interchangeability, substitutability, additional reference numbers, and design change data to interpret/validate components to be considered as new or replacement items following
examination of functional operations of parts and assemblies. Supports discussions related to program requirements and recommendations for military
and/or commercial customers to include attendance and support of company-customer provisioning conferences to substantiate such recommendations. Works in a dynamic and collaborative environment to augment the information developed during the maintenance task analysis process to include the population of information into specified provisioning databases and the appropriate supply chain data elements for that program.
Performs additional analysis and breakdown of components based on the maintenance concept for the component being provisioned. Makes recommendations for the production and/or retrofit application of each part number
within a specific end item and/or component or kit by interpreting engineering drawings and other engineering change documents, as needed. Performs initial impact assessment of engineering change documents.
Applies the appropriate Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) data per maintenance practice and applies estimated failure factors and/or overhaul rates for the spare/repair parts of an end item into the provisioning database/tool.
Collaborates with engineering, task analysis, supply chain, maintenance, configuration management, and other organizations within the sustainment, suppliers and customer community to validate data during the creation and maintenance of sustainment level information. Maintains records and secures information pertaining to engineering, manufacturing, and supply of parts for the maintenance of the end item involved, during production and life cycle of the end item. Incorporates and maintains design changes in the designated provisioning system to ensure correct configuration for end item effectivity.
Drafts and submits Problem Reports (PR). Performs quality reviews in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Experience reading Blue Prints
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc..)
