Collective Health is transforming the way people experience health care. We are hiring a Provider Solutions Business Manager to help launch a new product category related to provider systems. This role will be a member of the core launch team defining this product, with an initial focus on developing our analytics and value-based payment infrastructure and strategy. Additionally, the role will be involved in multiple aspects of building, improving, and further defining the program and processes between Collective Health and our Provider Solutions partners. This role will have extensive exposure to our external provider partners and will involve collaboration across every department at Collective Health. It will be an integral part of executing and scaling the Collective Health Provider Solutions partnerships product.

The immediate focus of this role will be to facilitate the integration and launch of provider partners across workstreams. Post-launch, there is an opportunity for this role to tackle several commercial and strategic elements of our provider product development and market expansion.

What you'll do:

  • Develop, implement and oversee network strategies with provider partners

  • Participate in the development of provider strategy, market prioritization, and expansion of the product

  • Develop and improve partner workflows around payments, reporting, and value-based payment with provider partners

  • Facilitate the development of value-based payment models between Collective Health and our partners

  • Partner with key actuarial and analytics staff at Collective Health to develop key deliverables

  • Facilitate the development of systematic tracking and measuring mechanisms for provider performance in coordination with partners

  • Quickly become a subject matter expert on Collective Health internal partner touchpoints and processes, including technical aspects

  • Develop relationships with and project manage internal stakeholders to drive partner requests and project development forward

  • Use data to drive improvements of provider systems partner programs

  • Constantly seek ways to improve efficiency and accuracy across internal projects concerning partners

  • Travel to provider system partners as necessary

What you've done:

  • Familiarity with healthcare, particularly provider network contracting, reporting, and analytics

  • BA/BS degree, Masters Preferred

  • 6-8 years experience in a complex, fast-paced, quantitative environment with a high bar for attention to detail and quality of work

  • Actuarial credential (ASA or FSA) is a plus, but not required

  • Extensive project management, and analytics experience preferred

  • Experience building and executing value-based care arrangements with provider systems is a plus

  • Deep understanding of provider risk-sharing arrangements within value-based environments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fast learner and takes initiative

  • Strong passion for changing healthcare

  • Above all, you are self-sufficient, intellectually curious and take ownership for everything you do

The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Cards and Retail Services, Deposit Products Group, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Payment Solutions, and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. The Digital Solutions for Business (DS4B) team within PVSI manages exceptional digital experiences that create business value for Wells Fargo's corporate, commercial and business customers. We facilitate our customers' management of bank accounts, payments and cash, risk, fraud, credit, trust services and investments. We are a team with deep expertise in digital channel management, customer insights, data analytics, design thinking, journey mapping, experience design, business requirements management, digital governance and program management. We manage Wholesale's award winning single sign-on digital portal, CEO™, and all the associated digital shared capabilities. Our digital channels are critical for our customers' banking and payments workflows, and contribute significant revenue to the Bank. In addition, we manage innovation enabling capabilities for the entire enterprise; Wells Fargo Gateway & Developer Portal and the Microservices Program, and partner closely with the Innovation Group. The Role The Digital Strategy and Programs Manager will report to the EVP and Head of DS4B. The role will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who will support the development and execution of digital strategy for DS4B. It will oversee programs and initiatives, influence digital strategy and identify improvements for all our enterprise partners and for all the customer segments we serve. This position will uncover strategic improvement or innovation opportunities by taking an external, "customer in" point of view and lead discovery and execution of strategic consulting projects, analyze strategic problems, and make recommendations that help us accomplish our goals. This role will also lead the execution and delivery of the recommendations in some cases. The Successful Candidate * Strategic Planning: * Define and manage a strategic planning process for DS4B * Identify and assess strategic challenges or improvement opportunities, then evaluate options and develop of recommendations to address them * Lead the design and delivery of some DS4B wide initiatives to evolve how we serve our customers and partners * Facilitate strategic DS4B initiatives for the DS4B leadership team * Serve as a business escalation point and use judgement as a decision maker on behalf of the Head of DS4B as needed * Strategic Communications: * Lead the development of professional communications and presentations that promote and showcase our deep insights and analytics, our work, leadership and innovation * Create and maintain material for both internal and external presentations including reusable, approved content and ensure the material is up to date, relevant and in compliance. * Serve as an advisor and an information resource to executive and senior level management * Facilitate effective DS4B internal partnerships for education, collaboration, risk mitigation and action planning.
