Required Function 1: We are seeking a talented individual for a Provider Relations Representative I who is responsible for interfacing with the Physician/Provider population to recover payment on behalf of our client(s). Ensure production and quality standards are met.

Required Function 2:

Essential Responsibilities:
Initiates phone calls to customers, (providers/pharmacies/patients/carriers etc) to confirm receipt of mailings, and to request action.

Provides timely response and resolution for all provider initiated inquires (phone calls, emails or faxes). Reviews and analyzes documentation and claim data to determine validity and proper action. Updates accounts receivable system with denial and group information. Assists with high priority special projects.

Required Function 3:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Word.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Ability to be careful and thorough about detail.

Ability to organize well. Ability to demonstrate a customer service orientation.

Required Function 4:

Minimum Education:High School Diploma or GED required

Required Function 5:

Minimum Related Work Experience:2 years' experience as an examiner/processor with exposure to medical terminology and claim processing experience in Commercial Insurance or Government Programs required 2 years previous experience in a claims customer service environment OR 2 years of answering inbound calls regarding claims processing

Other duties may be assigned. * Develop and execute territory business plan that results in achievement of assigned sales quota for assigned products. * Develop and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes for assigned products. * Conduct clinical/reimbursement in-service training programs with appropriate customers. * Educate patients and health care providers in clinic setting on the proper use of the prescribed product. * Assist organization with projects to include but not limited to: test markets, market surveys, product idea evaluations, and competitive research. * Adhere to inventory and sample control processes which include but are not limited to compliance regulations, cost control measures, and field/sample inventory management * Stay current with company communications through the use of technology which includes but is not limited to email, voice mail, conference calls, and meetings. * Embrace corporate values with regards to process and administrative responsibilities which includes, but is not limited to: Complete and accurate daily office visit entry through CRM, timely submission & management of expenses, completion of all required training assignments on or before the defined deadlines. * Demonstrate high standards of ethics and compliance by adhering to compliance policies and procedures.
