In this leadership role, you'll use your strong background in provider services to lead teams with the goal of ensuring quality of interactions and performance of providers in our networks. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end performance of provider network servicing and performance

  • Identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational problems

  • Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges

  • Drive the design and implementation of programs that build / nurture positive relationships between the health plan, providers and practice managers

  • Ensure implementation of training and education programs for external providers

  • Identify gaps in network composition and services to assist network contracting and development teams

You'll need to drive a high sense of urgency for escalations around claims issues and payment agreements across your teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 10 years of progressive healthcare experience including at least 5 years of Behavioral Health network management or related provider relations management

  • Advanced proficiency in Medicaid rules and regulations - preferably Idaho Medicaid

  • 5 years managing staff

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others

  • Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications

  • Ability to travel in the range of $25% within the State of Idaho

Qualifications: CNA currently certified in the State of Idaho Must hold a current Driver's License and Auto Insurance policy Must have reliable transportation Home Health and Hospice experience preferred ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities of the home health aide include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Providing personal care including: A. Baths B. Back rubs C. Oral hygiene D. Shampoos E. Changing bed linen F. Assisting patients with dressing and undressing G. Skin care to prevent breakdown H. Assisting the patient with toileting activities I. Keeping patient's living area clean and orderly, as appropriate 2. Assisting in feeding the patient, if necessary. 3. Taking and recording oral, rectal and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration and blood pressure when ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency). 4. Assisting in ambulation and exercise according to the plan of care. 5. Performing range of motion and other simple procedures as an extension to therapy services as ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency). 6. Providing reminders to the patient in the self-administration of medication as directed by POC. 7. Meeting safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.). 8. Reporting on patient's condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse. 9. Adhering to the Organization's documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct.
