Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within centers. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.
The Provider Relations Business Support Analyst position will focus on education and program policy communications for the Medicaid Acute Care and Long Term Care providers. The PR Business Support Analyst will work with internal and external departmental stakeholders to educate providers, troubleshoot concerns, and participate in program deliverables as needed. The Analyst may also support communications and education regarding Electronic Visit Verification, as well as all TMHP providers regarding policy changes and updates. Support may include and is not limited to, participation in webinars, speaking engagements, training events venues upon request, as well as training methodology, and providing recommendations for appropriate solutions when necessary.
Support Acute, LTC, and EVV providers and vendors.
Troubleshoot issues escalated by providers.
Provider Stakeholder liaison for services supported by TMHP.
Active participation in internal and or external stakeholder meetings and deliverables as assigned.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of Medicaid programs and procedures.
Communicate information to the external provider community and internal stakeholders.
Meet all contractual obligations while establishing positive interpersonal relations among all individuals involved within the program.
Provide in person education to provider community upon request and as assigned, e.g., annual conventions, training events, etc.
