Provider Recruitment & Credentialing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the recruitment and retention of the medical staff to include locum tenens staffing. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Licenses and Certifications Required None Educational Requirements Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Human Resources or a related field preferred. Certification as a Medical Staff Recruiter preferred. Experience Requirements Three (3) to five (5) years successful physician recruitment experience required. Minimum of three (3) years experience in health care industry, Minimum of two (2) years physician credentialing experience required. Minimum of two (2) years experience in management or supervision, required. Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required. Solid negotiation capabilities preferred. Previous experience using computerized system for information storage and retrieval required. Experience with word processing and clinic software system helpful, but not required.
