The Onsite Provider Recruiter will recruit the national staff of onsite mental and behavioral health professionals for ComPsychs Service Delivery teams.

What youll be doing:

  • You will conduct face to face or phone interviews, complete background checks, complete contracts and necessary paperwork, and train all contractual candidates prior to their start.

  • Develop a strong regional team of onsite clinicians, social workers and/or behavioral health care providers who have demonstrated a passion and success rate in field work related to providing immediate community resources

  • Conduct policy and procedure trainings for all newly contracted Providers

  • Source and recruit onsite professionals via venues that include being creative and thinking outside the box

  • Interview, negotiate rates, complete contracts, conduct background checks and offer positions to candidates in order to build a strong regional team that meets all of ComPsych standards and established goals for the GuidanceResources onsite program

  • You will manage the regional team staff schedule to ensure program continuity at each location. Scheduling includes staffing client stores with a quality substitute when a regional team member is unavailable to service the location

  • You have a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision to attain individual and program goals and success

  • Collaboratively design and implement onsite program administrative improvements to ensure all processes are streamlined and functioning efficiently

  • Act as back-up contact for Onsite Resource Specialists to ensure program continuity

  • Partner with Onsite Resource Specialists to create and implement a successful onsite program expansion and candidate selection

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment of employees and/or independent contractors in remote or multiple field locations

  • Experience with high volume recruitment is required

  • Demonstrated project management experience required

  • Excellent writing, verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Experience with Employee Assistance Programs, Behavioral Health field or related industry a plus

  • Experience conducting new hire orientations or employee training is preferred

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus

  • Must be able to work on-site in the Chicago Office

Principal Accountabilities: * Demonstrate working knowledge of current federal and state regulations as well as internal business requirements pertaining to provider enrollment with the Plan and applicable federal and state agencies. * Maintain current working knowledge of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines related to credentialing and re-credentialing requirements. * Participate in the development, implementation and ongoing review of departmental policies and procedures. * Maintain departmental resource guide and assist with training associates to ensure consistency with performing business processes. * Participate in review of business processes; identify opportunities for improvement; initiate implementation and training of associates as applicable. * Acts as liaison between department management, other internal departments, subordinates, and external contacts. * Analyze departmental metrics for monitoring productivity, quality and timeliness of provider enrollment activities in support of proactively identifying gaps in business processes. * Oversee weekly provider enrollment submissions to delegated credentialing vendor. * Monitor departmental email and route for processing as necessary. * Process applications for provider enrollment and credentialing/re-credentialing activities as necessary. * Provides guidance and support to all staff personnel towards resolution of problems with an emphasis on root cause analysis and resolution of problems. * Supports staff with the resolution of daily issues. * Supervise direct staff reports as may be assigned. * Responsible for performance appraisals of all direct reports as may be assigned. * Performs other duties as assigned Key Competencies/Success Factors: * Lives the values: Integrity, Community, Collaboration and Stewardship, as defined in the performance appraisal. * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. * Excellent ability to plan, organize and maintain multiple projects and files. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient experience using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint in a Windows operating system. * Must be detail oriented. * Ability to adapt to fluctuating situations and perform work of a detailed nature, avoiding errors.
