The Provider Outreach Specialist will work independently and in collaboration with the data mining team to obtain pertinent data from healthcare providers that will aid in payment evaluation by our data mining team.
General Duties and Responsibilities
Contacting Providers to provide and obtain information
Creating database information for tracking purposes
Work in close partnership with the Data Mining and Accounts Receivables team
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent communications, presentation, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Insurance plans

Superb interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in an efficient and responsible manner
Team player with history of successful goal attainment
Coding Certification/Nursing Background Preferred
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare industry, is required.
Negligible travel required.
