Required Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Understanding professional charge capture from patient access to billing;

  • Providing specialty specific education and training to physicians, clinicians and ancillary service areas;

  • Having an understating of EPIC/Cerner from an EHR perspective; and,

  • Performing documentation and coding assessments as well as understanding related billing practices including CPT-4, ICD-9 and ICD-10, medical procedures, and patient encounters by clinical service providers (physicians) and hierarchical condition category (HCC) coding.

  • Communicating effectively in written and verbal formats to various situations and audiences; and,

  • Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking and primary and secondary analyses of large and complex data.

This dynamic organization has a new position within Marketing Services Operations to advance capabilities around demand generation and ensure that business requirements around new technologies, data sources and reporting are executed in alignment with business needs. What you'll do (Responsibilities) * Serve as Consulting Marketing Liaison for marketing data / technology requests and requirements, fielding inquiries and providing insights to cross-functional stakeholders * Support collection and aggregation of key business requirements / use cases across technologies, technology integrations, and data pilots (e.g., intent data sources) for the Consulting Marketing organization * Support business documentation, as needed, around new data and technology proposals * In collaboration with Marketing and Technology teams, assist with continuous aggregation, prioritization and management of requirements backlog based on understanding of business needs and critical dependencies on technology builds * Liaise with strategic marketers and marketing operations to ensure all input is communicated to the Demand Gen Center of Excellence for build and ongoing management, where needed * Draft and update program-level documentation to reflect relevant Consulting Marketing learnings and insights from campaigns in flight/complete * Liaise with our internal agency, IT team, and marketers for management of marketing tools and vendors through selection and installation, updates, maintenance, management of standard processes (e.g., TechTarget, Bombora, ZoomInfo) * Manage relevant communications to Consulting Marketing resulting from Vendor governance * Assist with user journeys in work management tool to ensure standard campaign tasks are represented accurately and maintained Qualifications Required: * 6+ years of experience supporting Marketing Technology and Operations teams * Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Preferred: * Strong CRM and marketing automation experience * Extremely detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills * Highly team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects * Advanced organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Strong ability to prioritize and manage client expectations across multiple, competing projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times * Proven ability working in a matrixed organization with a virtual team, experience in large corporate setting, and/or professional services a plus * Advanced written and verbal communication skills * Strong executive presence, professional client service manner, demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management and adapt to business needs * Highly collaborative working style to build relationships, including collaborating with multiple business marketing teams, technology teams, sales, and vendors * Experience with Workfront or other MRM / work management tool * Project Management Certification * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. #NO22 #CMO22 Recruiting tips From developing a stand out resume to putting your best foot forward in the interview, we want you to feel prepared and confident as you explore opportunities at Deloitte.
