Located in Corpus Cristi, TX under supervision, this position is responsible for supporting Network Management by answering phones, tracking information, responding to provider inquiries, preparing credentialing and recredentialing grids and other activities necessary to support network development; maintaining health care provider information on new and existing providers; and providing on-going support to providers regarding participation, procedures and products, etc.
2 years experience in Network Management, Credentialing, Provider Services & Support and / or Customer Service.
2 years experience utilizing a Personal Computer and/or corporate databases.
Understanding of HCSC policies, products and procedures; contracts, applications and products.
Knowledge of managed care and indemnity health care delivery systems.
Verbal and written communication skills; teamwork and problem solving skills; interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong data entry, excel spreadsheets.
Health Care experience
Insurance Industry experience
Proficient in Excel.
Located in Corpus Cristi.
