MTM, Inc. continues to grow and we are seeking a Provider Management Representative

The Provider Management Representative is responsible for provider relations and performance within an assigned management area. The Provider Management Representative will manage provider performance as well as all duties including recruitment, training, credentialing, vehicle inspections, and audits. The Provider Management Representative will conduct on-site visits, street observations and represent MTM in all aspects of the provider relationship. This includes working with various departments in partnership to assure the success of our providers and our overall operations.

This position is a Work From Home position.

Responsibilities:

Provider Recruitment

  • Partner with all implementation and expansion initiatives

  • Recruit providers strategically, with placement to best accommodate performance and adequacy

  • Recruit with transportation cost in the desired range and balanced with performance expectations

  • Assist providers with onboarding, credentialing, training and all other requirements

Transportation Work Force Management

  • Assure all adequacy is managed via mathematical differential reports

  • Address adequacy by day, and time of day

  • Assure capacity settings are correct by hour

  • Track capacity setting changes for operational efficiency

  • Assure service area and schedules are accurate and updated

  • Partner with Fleet Analysis Department and RSD in trialing best practices and pilots

Operations Management

  • Assure providers are credentialed and meet requirements

  • Follow the Credentialing Expiration guidelines, including daily check of the report, communication with the manager of the area and following the closure process

  • Follow protocol on all claims override requests

  • Communicate with each provider "live" on a call once per month at minimum

  • Document all provider communication in the proper system be it Salesforce or future utilized systems

  • Keep providers updated on changes and/or new requirements

  • Address all provider performance issues within timelines required (complaints, turn backs, no shows, etc.)

  • Assist providers in meeting all performance expectations

  • Drive overall efficiencies while lowering overall cost

  • Coordinate and oversee all training opportunities

  • Provide information and suggestions to MTM administration on changes or revisions that need to be made to the MTM Provider Guidelines

  • Manage a "partner" relationship which benefits MTM and the provider both, while best meeting the needs of the client and members

Field Operations

  • Manage all aspects of vehicle inspections timely and on schedule

  • Develop methods for less expensive and/or less time consuming completion of vehicle inspections

  • Meet with providers on site perform audits of required documentation, communicate issues to the provider and save documented information to required MTM standards

  • Performs scheduled and random unannounced observations at facilities and sites to verify adherence to policies and procedures

  • During observations, interview facility staff and members for Provider feedback on timeliness, vehicle quality and Provider/driver experiences

  • Document observation findings and report findings to manager to collaborate on feedback to Providers

  • Work with Manager to create and implement corrective actions and follow-up plans

  • Organize and arrange travel for the most efficient and lowest reasonable expense

  • Participate in Regional provider meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School degree or equivalent

  • Some college preferred

  • 2 years industry related experience, preferred

  • Must possess a valid driver's license

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Competency Based Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize

  • Basic knowledge of mapping systems and transportation logistics a plus

  • Proficient in vehicle systems including basic knowledge of suspension characteristics, lighting and environmental systems

  • Excellent professional written and verbal communications skills are required

  • Must be able to conduct inspections, audits, communicate issues, and corrective actions from an authoritative position but with professional courtesy

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office is a must

  • Outlook scheduling, meeting requests and email

  • Microsoft Word including setting bullet points

  • Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, Filtering Data, Charts and Graphs

  • Power Point Presentations
