Job Summary
The Provider Engagement Representative is an empathic, people focused member of the Lucet team that acts as the point of contact for all inbound provider calls.
Essential Functions
Assist providers from intake to resolution including verification of demographic information, explanation of benefits, routing to appropriate to departments, benefit and claim data, billing and coding needs, and plan benefits.
Assists with the resolution of routine claims status questions and provide information related to denials or claims submission. Triage to the appropriate staff, department, or third-party administrator when not routine.
Distribution of educational material and procedures to network providers
Interacts directly with providers or affiliates about concerns and processes
Assist and coordinate with internal teams, through regular communication, to achieve identified milestones, and track progress to demonstrate completion
Acts with agility and speed by working simultaneously between multiple systems to appropriately disseminate information quickly and accurately to callers
Achieves performance guarantees with accountability and inspires others through teamwork and collaboration
Creates excellent customer service experiences by communicating with respect and precision
Works closely with partner teams to remain current on process changes, ensure quick resolution of cross-functional issues, and process improvement
May be assigned other special projects as business needs require.
Job Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma Required
One year of experience in a customer service setting with demonstrated success in creating excellent experiences for internal and external customers and team members
Preferred
Bilingual
Working knowledge of health care

Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting pay rate that Lucet reasonably expects to pay for this position ranges from $18.80 - $20.50 per hourly, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills, education/degrees, certifications, prior experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of Lucet's incentive plan based on both company performance and individual performance.
