Provider Development Director

Infusion for Health is a rapidly growing referral-based infusion center that provides exceptional service in the administration of infusion therapy. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Provider Development Director to join our team and manage our infusion centers in the Los Angeles area.

Position Summary

As the Provider Development Director, you will be responsible for managing provider development, relationships, sales, and marketing for the Santa Monica, Glendale, and Beverly Hills area. The ideal candidate will have a background in the healthcare or health services industries, with experience collaborating with healthcare providers. This position is home-based and requires up to 75% travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet with targeted physician practices to assess practice referral patterns, educate staff on Infusion for Health services, and secure new patient referrals.

• Determine top provider targets, execute activities to engage and establish strong relationships with these providers.

• Monitor ongoing performance of practices, identify ways to grow referral volume, and document success.

• Manage relationships with key high-volume accounts.

• Provide feedback to Infusion for Health marketing and operational teams to continually improve patient and provider engagement.

• Assist in community engagement and outreach programs to grow brand awareness in the local market.

• Assess provider reports and lead the development and implementation of action plans.

• Identify and document best practices in collaboration with teammates.

• Meet and exceed quota and goals set by the manager.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills and experience working with physicians' offices.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• B.A. degree in business, healthcare, finance, or a related field.

• Ability to develop and execute action plans for key accounts with minimal direction required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and organizational skills.

• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed quotas and goals.

• Ability to work collaboratively to continuously improve patient and provider engagement.

• Ability to effectively manage relationships with assigned strategic practices and keep accurate records of all activity for reporting purposes.

Compensation The pay range for this role is expected to be $85,000 - $100,000. Additionally, the role is eligible to participate in an incentive plan with an uncapped bonus potential of $50,000. The total compensation package may include an annual cash bonus, car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
