Provider Data Senior Supervisor - Bedford, TX
The Medicaid Provider Data Senior Supervisor will lead a team to develop and maintain strong provider data.
Reporting to the Provider Data Senior Manager, this position will manage the daily processes, including intake, prioritization, and deliverables of the Provider Data Operations Team.
Manage Provider Data Operations team including work flow, training and communication standards.
Manage day-to-day provider data activities, such as, but limited to, provider inquiries, provider demographics, providers joining and leaving the network.
Develop, implement and maintain team production and quality standards.
Investigate and resolve provider demographic issues, challenges, and requests, escalating to manager for the most complex issues.
Coordinate all demographic activities for the providers, such as onboarding, maintaining, and terminating a provider through their lifecycle with the organization
Provide individual and team leadership for the team as they grow their capabilities, achieve their career goals, and meet team objectives.
Collaborate with the Network Operations and Contracting teams to ensure seamless experience for provider.
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
4+ years of managed care, health delivery system and/or project and staff management experience. Experience with state and federal health programs such as Medicaid and Medicare.
Approximately 3+ years of proven experience in leading a team, either as supervisor or team lead.
Proficient at Microsoft Office products and proven ability to learn reporting applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
